Dr. Andrew Cannestra is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery and spinal cord injury. With extensive expertise across neurosurgical care, he has served as Director of the Baptist Robotic Spine Surgery program and is a founding member of the Society for Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery. A Diplomate of the American Board of Neurologic Surgery, Dr. Cannestra is also an active member of leading professional organizations, including the American Association of Neurologic Surgeons, the Congress of Neurologic Surgeons, and the National Association of Spine Surgeons.
